It is a rare and wonderful thing to have someone take pride in there work like she did from the time she show up till the day of the signing. She had so many super ideas and layouts . She managed to get everything ready for a Saturday opening at 9:00 in the morning. The house sold to the first people to look at it . And she continued to show the house Incase the people or deal fell though.

A good professional walks you through their process and ensures you understand what is happening and will work hard to get you into your best situation. Ariane did a fantastic job getting me into the right home. We went at my pace, which was fast, and as this was my first experience in purchasing a house, she explained everything thoroughly and to my satisfaction. We have nothing but positive things to say about Ariane and her team...it was a pleasure working with them to sell our home! We both live out of state (on opposite coasts), which only added to the complexity of the sale, but Ariane went above and beyond throughout the process and made selling our home easy. She provided advice and references for everything we needed, coordinated appointments with contractors, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Her knowledge of the process and her ability to communicate all of our options allowed us to make quick decisions. If there was ever something holding us back from moving forward, Ariane and her team would provide a solution. We always felt like the house was in the best possible hands.

Not only was the process a breeze, but we ended up selling the house above asking after the home was only on the market for a couple of days. Ariane spent a good deal of time with us during the negotiation process and always offered useful information and options. She walked us through all of the steps to close our home sale and pulled it together on time. The speed at which the deal came together and the final sales price were more that we could have dreamed of!

Ariane was amazing to work with. My husband and I had never gone through the process of selling a house. Ariane walked us through each step during the whole process.

Ariane also made herself readily available for our questions or concerns. She had no idea what she got herself into with me though, I pestered her with questions constantly. She happily answered all my questions and was very patient with me.

Ariane knows her stuff! As we were watching the prices of houses around us I wondered if we were not asking enough for our place. Ariane explained her reasons for why she priced the house the way she did. Turns out the Real Estate Agent does know best, we made a much larger profit than what we were expecting!
