We have known Arlene for 5 plus years. We first met her when she showed us models in the development where we now live. She helped us work through the options and we came up with a very nice home. We carried a second on the home we sold but due to the downturn in the economy the other party was not able to pay it off as planned. We happened to mention the situation to Arlene and she asked if she could help. She contacted the other party and offered altenatives and to keep track of comparables for them. Recently prices have risen and the comps are good so she re-contacted them with advice on what to do next. Once you are a customer of Arlene's you are a customer for life. She cares that things are going well with you and does what she can to make things right.
