Arlene did a great job for me. I was selling the condo in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, but I am living in North Carolina. Although I was willing to accept an a few thousand dollars less from the buyer, I trusted Arlene to come up with a counter offer price, and the buyer accepted. After the inspection, Arlene helped me find two great contractors to install new windows and repair a shower. In a market where all the contractors are booked out for months, I was glad to be working with Arlene.
