Arlicia became our realtor for the home we purchase May 2022 in Oklahoma City. She was so helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. This was our first purchase and she made it a breeze unlike the past experiences we had with others. She was so reliable, willing to pick up, and accommodate us even when we were from out of town. Arlicia was fantastic to work with! We are first-time home buyers, and she was patient in explaining everything to us. She set up a great list of houses for us to tour, and when we asked, she pointed out pros/cons that she noticed. (I honestly think she knew which house we would go with before we did, just by reading our reactions, but she was patient in letting us work through the process.) She was available during many late-night phone calls to help us put in the offer, and provided guidance in assisting us through the counter-offer. During closing, she kept us up-to-date on the status of everything, even though it was extra complicated due to COVID19. She also did video call walkthroughs for us when we couldn't physically be there. We trust her and recommend 100%!
