Arlyn is a one of a kind individual. He is easy to work with, adaptable, willing to take a risk on looking at properties and is always there to lend an honest opinion. He is great at supporting you while looking for homes, discussing the positive aspects of each property but also pointing out possible down sides that we starry eyed home shoppers sometimes overlook!

Where do I start to tell you about ARLYN. I have known Arlyn for many years and can highly vouch for his attributes of being goal oriented, highest integrity and a great listener to exactly what you want in a home to purchase. I had only gone to two homes with him and I knew I did not have to go any further. Arlyn chose the right houses for me to look at. He was tenacious in working with the lister to get me a great deal. Arlyn turned his attention to help sell my present home. In a little over two weeks my home is in the process of closing. Need I say more ....one last thing that you must keep in mind when you hire a realtor are they someone who REALLY listens to what you want, shows homes to you that fit your budget, stays in contact with you to keep you updated in the process and who is connected with services he trusts to help you sell your home and/or purchase one! I can can highly recommend ARLYN TRATT. 👌

We used Arlyn to buy our current home and he made the process extremely simple. Buying a house can be very stressful as there's a lot of things you see for the first time that you'd have no way of understanding but luckily he walked us through everything and made the process quite easy to understand which helped make it not such an anxious experience. When it came time to refinance we went through Arlyn for that also and once again, extremely easy and he made the process seamless. We couldn't recommend Arlyn enough.

1.He knows how to create high impact, on-line listings using all the latest technology.
2.With his years of experience, he has excellent judgment on establishing the best starting price for each neighborhood.
3.Arlyn had useful suggestions regarding cost effective repairs and improvement to the property that would enhance its sale value.
4.He has a very efficient system for quickly scheduling showings without delay.
5.He knew how to really listen and understand my concerns as a seller and the concerns of a prospective buyer.

Arlyn is FANTASTIC!!! He was patient, flexible, willing and ready to show me any place that I was interested in seeing. At each location, he was insightful about every inch on the home. It was almost like Arlyn was buying the place for himself. Based on the interior and exterior, he let me know reasons to buy or not to buy each home. Home shopping with Arlyn, was like taking your good friend who was well knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Arlyn is the most trustworthy real estate agent and truly helped me in not only selling my home but from the beginning in getting my home ready for the best offer I can get. Arlyn has helped us buy and sell multiple homes. This last time we were both buying and selling. There are several reasons I would highly recommend Arlyn to either a buyer or seller: 1. He is incredibly responsive and organized. 2. His calm demeanor and solution orientation is invaluable during the inevitable times when something does not go quite right. 3. He reads people very well - which is key in negotiating. Arlyn give us very valuable advice as both sellers and buyers on offers and negotiation. He listened to us as well but we have learned to listen to him - he has saved us tens of thousands of dollars. 4. He is a genuinely nice person. I know that Arlyn sincerely wants the best for us and is not out for a quick win. 5. He gets results. We sold our home in 6 days for more than our bottom line price and he helped us quickly find a new place for a great deal.

If I ever buy or sell in Chicago or the suburbs, Arlyn is who I will go with.
