His main focus lies in the San Francisco Bay Area where he has successfully leased and sold over $300M+ since 2010. Mr. Anicete is experienced and well versed in complex real estate transactions that range from 1031 exchanges, restructuring of equity, debt placement, value add acquisitions, and ground up development.
One of his biggest assets is his ability to network, increase client revenue, identify well located value add properties, and negotiate. In his spare time, Armand enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.
