We met Art Buck by chance at an open house in North Scottsdale. We are fairly experienced in real estate dealings, so after talking with Art, we were confident that he was the person we wanted to work with. Why? He is knowledgeable, he has a comprehensive process to identify search criteria, he focused on properties that fit our criteria, importantly, he is honest, and we learned from our experience with Art that he has superior negotiating skills - which he put to use on our behalf. We also found that he has many contacts in the real estate/title/HOA field, and has contacts in and an understanding of of the construction and maintenance trades. For us, his knowledge and experience bolstered his holistic service approach. During our search together, Art proved to be available on short notice, and skillfully guided us through the offer and closing process for our new Scottsdale home. Plus he did follow-up work with the seller after closing on our behalf. With his real estate skills, his easy going personality, his thoughtfulness and his attention to detail, we can give Art Buck our unequivocal endorsement.

"I have held a Washington State real estate license since 1992 so I've worked with a lot of Real Estate agents and I can honestly say Art Buck is one of the most competent, responsive and professional brokers I've met. Simply put, Art equals results. He has the long term experience to read what is happening in the market today and make the recommendations and adjustments necessary to maximize results based on the reality of the situation, not empty promises. The goal is to sell your house for as much as you can, as quickly as you can and I've not met any other realtor in the Scottsdale area who is better at finding that balance better than Art Buck.
