Art Ricks began his career in real estate in 1993 and has not looked back since. He has worked and lived in Wilmington and the surrounding areas helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties for around 29 years.

Prior to real estate, he worked and managed a construction company, and this helped to provide him with a large amount of knowledge and insight into the building process as well. Art stands by the fact that people do not care what you know until they know that you care, and it is a priority of his to show that he cares for each client.
