He would constantly call and check in just to make sure everything is going as planned. He was very proactive in the process and 100% dedicated to getting my house sold. Buying a home is extremely overwhelming and stressful at Best Realty they have Taught me so much about purchasing a home it felt like they were purchasing for someone in their own family I felt like family with them and they help me make educated me on make decisions for my family and made the process of purchasing my home a very smooth and easy transaction. Art was very professional and made buying a house during a pandemic so comfortable for my Husband and I. My husband is not a people person like me but when I tell you they hit it off on the first time we met!! Its was an amazing journey from there on out, I knew he was the one going forward. I was getting stressed out because I just couldn’t find what i was looking for and I almost settled at the end. He told us this is the biggest investment of your life, if you don’t love it lets keep going. Thats what we did and when I tell you we found everything We both wanted and more!! Definitely recommend Art to all your family and friends. He even came to our house warming and blessed me. We are absolutely grateful for him.

I loved my experience with Best Realty, LLC. The broker was extremely patient with me as I am inquisitive in nature and had a multitude of questions. He answered every one of my questions and didn't even seem to get frustrated with me. He sent me multiple properties to choose from which made the home search relatively easy as all I had to do was tell him which ones I liked and we would go and look at them together. My husband and I had a great experience with Art, he was polite and even answered his text messages on the weekend. He was patient with all my questions and answered my questions with great knowledge. Great sense of humor. Didn't beat around the bush, told us things up front. It felt like we had been friends forever, and even answered questions from our 9 year old. He is awesome. Kept on top of the seller's agent and I formed us of what was said. He made sure that the things we wanted to be repaired had receipts of those item being done for our files. If I ever have any more business to do with realty, I won't got any further than here.

Working with Art exceeded any of my expectations. My wife and I were not familiar with the terminology and the process and this was stressful for us, but Art were able to put us at peace by giving us the right info. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time . he answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. In 2010, we were looking at properties to lease and found this wonderful home in Duluth that Art was the realtor. My wife scheduled an appointment with him to view property and was immediately impressed with his professionalism.
