Arthur has a BS in marketing and an MBA in finance from Penn State University. He has managed more than $100,000,000 of land purchases for Pulte Homes, and he is an expert in land economics. Art also has arranged financing for millions of dollars for a variety of real estate projects when he was a senior officer with Bank of America, so he can help clients finance their lot, home, or project.
