Arthur Condito brings over 30 years of sales experience to the real estate industry. After being in the business for less than 4 full years, he has produced over $27,000,000 since his first sale in February of 2017. He isn’t afraid to fight fiercely for his client whether it be his seller or his buyer. Relocating to Alamogordo over 30 years ago from the upper east coast, he is well versed in the surrounding area. Arty not only represents both buyers and sellers but has also had some personal experience in the investment part as well. Purchasing and flipping homes for 10 years, he has developed a talent in seeing an investment where others might not. Being no stranger to ownership within a company, Arty and his wife Sara founded their newly branded company Equity Real Estate of Alamogordo in 2019.
