We had a great experience working with Arthur. He assisted us in sale of the house in Palos Park. He gave us excellent guidance. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several weeks. He arranged professional photographer and as you know a picture is worth of thousand words, house was sold in a couple of days. The seller came on Saturday and we received an offer on Monday.

Arthur is truely one of a kind, he helped us find the perfect house in Ukrainian village and from the very start he was motivated to find us exactly what we were looking form since we had a toddler . He took us to a lot of properties and always checked in unlike most agents. He was very knowledgeable on Chicago neighborhoods, patient , diligent and we negotiated a good price and overall experience using Art was fantastic. I would recommend any if his services, he is a five star agent!

Arthur has helped me in my search for two apartments! Both times he found me places on very short notice, less than a month before I needed to move. He dealt with everything from scheduling showings to negotiating issues with an apartment (it smelled like animal urine). Arthur made my life so much easier! I didn’t have to weed out all the fake listings or deal with the scams. Can’t wait until I can use him to buy a home!
