Born and raised in the Grand Rapids area and after graduating from Wyoming Park High School Arthur served 4 years with the US Army 6th Infantry Division in Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. His service is something he is very proud of. He currently lives in Wyoming with his wife and two children.
