Art Carrillo, residential real estate broker and owner of Texas Urban Living Realty, has been working in the Dallas real estate business since 2004 and has established himself as a top-producing, well-known agent in the DFW and Houston markets. With a degree in marketing and management from The University of Texas at Austin, Art is the “the professional’s choice.” Fifteen years of experience in corporate sales has given Art the knowledge to understand the client’s needs first and fight for their best interests. Before transitioning to real estate, Art managed outside sales teams and territories for Ashland Chemical Company, Teknor Apex, and PolyOne Corporation. This corporate experience has served him well in negotiating and handling all aspects of a real estate transaction, and his clients know their needs are in the hands of a true professional.

In his free time, Art likes to spend time with his wife Nicole and daughters Sienna and Lila, family, friends, his dog Bear, and participate in team sports.
