Asad Shaikh

There is one reason Asad is on LinkedIn: to do GREAT business with GREAT people. I have two core focuses: scaling my real estate business via the pursuit of new sale and development opportunities & serving Tampa's homeless population by any means possible.

His background is a 2015 Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from USF & a minor in Public Health. He leverages his diverse experience in the healthcare space to inform my current attitude towards clients in real estate: a desire to create an efficient and empathetic process along with a positive outcome.

He also managed eBay store 813solesource, with 399 positive feedback and a 100% rating. Streamlining the sales process by paying closer attention to profit/loss analysis and addressing wasted spending was also a valuable tool in increasing profit margins. Highlights include gross sales of $11,365 in November 2013 and $24,030 in December 2013.

Asad is currently am a real estate sales professional. He assesses the needs of families and create the right real estate solution for them whether they are buying or selling a residence. He is also actively exploring development opportunities, as he has access to millions of dollars in investment capital- the bottleneck is finding LAND and DEALS that make sense. Currently investing in a modern single family home to be constructed in North Hyde Park, under 1 mile from Downtown Tampa.

Last but not least, he is the founder of Who Wore it Better project, a volunteer-driven organization that uses the power of social media marketing to leverage community resources into tangible donations for the local homeless population.
