Ashleigha's tenacity and professionalism made becoming first-time homeowners in a crazy housing marked a dream come true for us. She really listened to what we wanted, her intuition in matching our wish list to the available inventory was spot-on, and she was relentless in finding just the right home for us. Despite an insanely fast-moving market, she had no hesitations navigating us through multiple offers, viewings, and bidding wars. When we finally got that acceptance we all worked so hard for, she guided us through the entire contract process without fail and with companionable professionalism, answered all of our questions, and even made arrangements to be present at the signing. Ashleigha Maksim helped me sell my house while she was a different firm. She was energetic and responsive, and addressed all my worries about my older house and the renovations that were necessary. Ashleigha provided me with high quality and affordable references for contractors, and offered excellent advice on what I should do. She helped me through every step of the process, and sold my house extremely quickly. I will absolutely use her again when I'm ready to buy.
