Ashley was the lead person in marketing lots in the Rolling Hills subdivision on the south edge of Uniountown. The first area of knowledge that is critical for a marketing person to have is a deep understanding of the difference of approach that is needed in a rural area as compared to an urban community. Ashley's understanding of rural areas enabled her to successfully market houses and lots in Uniontown, Colton and other communities in the palouse.

I met Ashley several years ago when I was searching for my first home. The market was on fire and houses were being sold within hours of going on the market. She worked hard and took me from house to house. In the end we decided to build with Hayden Homes. The building experience with Hayden Homes was less than pleasant, but Ashley handled all of the tough conversations and represented me and my best interests.

A few years passed and we decided it was time to find a forever home. Ashley was quick to find out what we were looking for and found homes that matched our forever vision. Not only was that process easy but my house was listed and sold within 24 hours! She answered all of my calls and messages in the evening and on the weekend and appreciated her availability throughout the process!

I recommend Ashley to my friends without hesitation and although she helped us find our forever home, I would ask her to represent us if we ever decided to move again!
