About Ashley

I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and to my surprise, many people I meet nowadays say they haven’t met too many Tampa natives. I attended Tampa Catholic High School and went on to attend college at the University of South Florida. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. While attending USF, I began working at a local Tampa title company and law office. After working post-closing and file processing for four years, I decided to obtain my real estate license. My title company experience was the perfect background for becoming a licensed real estate professional.

I am an active REALTOR® and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® (GTAR). I currently serve on the Board of Directors for GTAR and Florida Realtors. I am Chair of GTAR’s Young Professional Network and am a member of the Affordable Housing Task Force, Fair Housing, and Governmental Affairs committees.

My experience and involvement led to me being selected as the exclusive listing agent for the City of Tampa in 2014 for its Sulphur Springs revitalization project. In 2016, I have been hired as the listing agent for Phase II of the project which will involve the building and selling of 18 more brand new homes at affordable prices. I also currently represent Florida Home Partnership as the exclusive listing agent for their 80 unit townhouse community, Alexander Woods Townhomes, in Plant City, FL.

In addition to real estate, I enjoying traveling and bowling, and exploring new restaurants and places. I also have an adorable cavapoo named Brandi!
