Ashley is born and raised in Longview and a proud East Texan. She moved to Los Angeles for a total of four years where she exceeded in customer service, built beautiful friendships, and gained tons of culture. When the time came to start a family with her husband, Ryan, they knew there was no place like home. In December of 2015 they moved back to East Texas. In 2016 Ashley decided to make her passion for real estate a career and started in the pursuit of her license. By February 2017 they welcomed their baby girl, Amelia, and by the end of March she excitedly passed her real estate exams. Business has consistently grown year by year with 2022 being her most successful year yet closing close to $6,000,000+ in real estate sales. With an extensive background in marketing, being immersed in her community, and motivation to exceed expectations and goals, 2023 should be more successful.
In 2022 alone, Ashley gained multiple investors who entrust her with many responsibilities from growing their portfolio to assisting with the interior design of their properties. She has worked closely with builders and marketed new construction properties to showcase the process and successfully sold these to the prefect buyers. Ashley has welcomed many families to the East Texas area and takes such joy in sharing the special qualities the area offers. She has also assisted in transitions for many clients selling while downsizing or upgrading and holds this responsibility with respect and appreciation.
Ashley has many strengths that attribute to her real estate successes such as: knowledge of the community, community involvement, attention to trends in the market, persistent negotiation skills, attention to detail, an eye for design, the joy of building relationships, marketing experience, and more. She pours herself into this community and into her daughters school by chairing the Trinity School of Texas annual Spring Gala fundraiser netting $100’s of thousands of dollars each year, is the former president of the PTC, room mom, on the board of the Gregg County Historical Museum and more. Ashley is very passionate about having a “why” for everything she does, and as you can see above, her “why” is her family and creating a beautiful life, community, and home for them.
