Ashley Donat

Ashley Donat is the Sales Manager / Managing Broker of the Chicagoland NW Region Offices. Prior to joining the leadership team at Compass, Ashley was the co-founder of the Bridge Team at Compass, a top producing Chicago team. It was through her team leadership and sales experience that she found her true passion, supporting agents' development.

Ashley's life goal is to help people create their own success. Whether it is strategizing with agents to grow their referral business or selling a property for a top dollar return on investment for clients, working with buyers to find their dream home at the dream price, creating lifelong relationships is her driving force.

The Bridge Team is comprised of agents located throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. As the team lead, Ashley leads by example and always provides the highest level of customer service to her clients and for her teammates.
