About Ashley

Real Estate has always been a huge part of my life, you could say it is in my blood. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs; my dad is a custom home builder, my mom a property manager and my grandparents were farmers who later became developers. At an early age, I learned to appreciate real estate and its important role in life, it soon became a passion of mine to make one of real estate's many avenues my career.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Cincinnati in 2010, where I earned bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Real Estate, I knew immediately that I wanted to be involved in residential real estate. I obtained my Ohio and Indiana real estate license in 2011 and began working as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty.

In 2012, Joan Lane and I joined forces and set a goal to create a real estate team, Skyline Properties Group. With over 35 years of combined experience, we are a creative and organized team who complement each other’s skills. In 2021 we hired Mallory Wilson who herself grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and real estate. She offers 10 years of real estate experience. Our team concept is designed to meet an array of client needs allowing us to provide the best service and highest quality of industry knowledge to our clients.

My family and I reside just outside of Harrison, Ohio where we live in a 1880s built farmhouse. Our backyard is the beautiful skyline of our family farm where we enjoy quad rides, fishing and anything outdoors. My husband owns a local landscaping company, RBL Lawns. We have 3 children who have become the greatest blessings to our lives.

I am blessed to be able to make my passion for real estate and marketing into a career. I enjoy combining my love for the area and real estate expertise to help clients find the perfect skyline.
