### About Me

My love for homes started long before I ever got into real estate. I grew up with a builder for a father, so remodeling, building, and seeing the potential in a home were simply part of my life. I’ve had the opportunity to remodel many homes alongside my family, and that experience taught me to look beyond what a home is today and see what it *could* be.

That perspective gives me a unique edge when helping my clients prepare their homes for sale. I know what improvements can make a difference, where to invest, and where you can save—helping maximize a home's appeal and ultimately its potential profit.

But my passion goes far beyond houses. I genuinely love real estate, and more importantly, I love people. Helping others has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve always wanted to be someone who makes a difference and helps people through important moments in their lives.

So, putting those two passions together—my love for homes and my love for people—felt like the perfect fit.

For me, real estate isn’t just about buying and selling houses. It’s about seeing potential, creating opportunities, building relationships, and helping people get where they want to go. That’s what I love about what I do. ????
