We have strongly rooted our company in the basic foundation of always do the right thing. We are passionate about our clients and their real estate needs.

With extensive backgrounds in sales and business development, founders Ashley Good and Nicole Lewis decided to join forces and launch Giving Tree Real Estate Solutions in 2016. Giving Tree is an innovative real estate group that works with buyers, sellers, investors and other referral partners in the community. Our team possesses top-notch negotiating skills that help to ensure our clients meet and achieve their financial goals in home ownership. We save our buyers money and ensure that our sellers net as much for their home as the market will allow. As real estate investors ourselves, we understand the need to strategically identify homes that will net profit whether through the sale of the home or as a rental property.

At Giving Tree, we believe that strong communities are key to continued growth. Strong and stable communities bring new business, new business brings new jobs, new jobs increase demand for housing and housing prices stay stable or continue to rise, protecting real estate investments. Hence, the Giving Tree Foundation, reinvesting a percentage of all profits back into the communities we serve.
