South Jersey real estate agent and investor, Ashley Griffith brings a glass half full energy to her profession day in and day out. She wants to make each one of her clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. As a real estate investor herself, she understands how important it is to find the right deal that fits the needs of her clients.
Ashley’s interest in real estate began when she started attending local real estate investor meetups to support her spouse, Justin Eaton, who is a local real estate investor, home inspector, and structural engineer. She then began reading books on real estate investing and analyzing potential properties for her and Justin to add to their rental portfolio. She assisted Justin in multiple real estate investment projects all the way from finding deals to vetting tenants. Before acquiring her real estate license, she worked in hospitality at the beautiful and Forbes Four star rated ,1 Hotel South Beach Rooftop. Ashley Earned her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. While living in Florida, she also took a position as a recovery coach for women with eating disorders at the Oliver Pyatt Centers in South Miami. Hospitality and psychology equipped Ashley with empathy, devotion, and willingness to take on any challenge encountered for her future real estate clients.
A native of Cape May County, Ashley now resides with her boyfriend Justin, son Hawkins, and dog Rone in one of their investment properties located in Laurel Springs, NJ. When she’s not dedicated to helping her clients find their next deal, she is spending time with her family and friends. She also loves working out and shopping at Trader Joe’s.
