Ashley Horvatincic was an absolute blessing to us. I used to work for a mortgage company as an assistant to the originators. During that period, I dealt with many realtors. However, I have NEVER worked with a realtor that had a more thorough work ethic. She never treated us as just a paycheck or just another person buying a piece of property. We felt that she was as invested as us in getting a HOME, as we were. I knew from day one that she was cut from a different cloth. The properties we wanted to see; she had all the information about them. She had personally created printouts, permits, times and dates of everything. She had other comparable properties that we hadn’t seen during our search. She had routes to all the properties planned out to make the best use of our time. Time after time she showed that she knew more about the properties than the listing/selling agents. She also knew helpful information about each area we looked at as well. Her connections to the local businesses were also key in getting things done in a timely manner. She kept us up to date on every step and was available for all our questions via call, text, or email. When you are making a purchase like this, you want someone with integrity and someone that doesn’t make you feel incompetent during the process and that is what we felt Ashely delivered. Ashley made the entire process very low stress and smooth. My wife and I agree that Ashley should be somewhere selling multimillion dollar properties, but we are so very grateful she was our agent! After hearing what others have gone or are going through, we have already referred her to friends, family, and others in the area without hesitation. I would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor, don’t just take one that someone offered to you. Use someone that has a proven track record of excellence.
