We were extremely thankful to have Ashley work on selling our first home in the Bay Area. We had multiple consults to plan and prepare the best strategy in terms of remodels/ updates as well as the right time to list and how to price. Ashley worked diligently, checked in often, and kept open communication all the while assuring us that we were making the right choices. She even helped picked the paint colors for the exterior and interior of the house. After months of patiently waiting for the remodel to finish, without fail, Ashley sold our home off market days before the first open house through her strong connections and great marketing. Buying our home in the San Francisco Bay Area was easy and seamless thanks to Ashley! Since my husband and I were first time homebuyers, we really wanted someone that could hold our hands throughout the entire process. Ashley was not only able to paint the bigger picture of why home-owning would be a great option for our situation, but also extremely detailed and knowledgable when walking us through the nitty gritty weeds of loans, finances, escrow, etc.

In addition, Ashley is a relationship-based realtor. I could genuinely tell that she cared about my husband and I's situation and needs and didn't try to push or sway us in any direction. She listened and provided us with great advice and let us make the decision when we were ready.
