Ashley Kenitzer is a dedicated real estate professional with a comprehensive knowledge of the Tri-Valley area, particularly the neighborhoods and schools in Pleasanton. Having lived in the area for more than 35 years, Ashley understands what makes living in the Tri-Valley so special. Her career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in recruiting, marketing, and sales, backed by a bachelor's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.

During her time at BYU, Ashley was a scholar-athlete, participating in both the women's soccer and track teams, and earned All-American honors in track and field. She brings the same dedication and drive to her business that earned her All-American honors in track and field. Her athletic background instilled in her a relentless work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to perform under pressure – qualities that she now leverages to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

As a parent of three children and someone who has worked closely with the Pleasanton Unified School District, Ashley recognizes the significance of education and its impact on home-buying decisions. Her community involvement is extensive, including being a 2023 graduate of Leadership Pleasanton and a current board member of the Amador Valley Boosters Club.
