Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a local real estate agent with Catanese Real Estate, proudly serving Evansville and the surrounding Tri-State area.
For me, real estate has always been about more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, and the community I get to call home. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients, learning what matters to them, and being someone they can count on throughout the process.
Being connected to our community is a big part of who I am, both personally and professionally. I serve as an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce and on the Young Professionals Alliance Steering Committee. Those roles have given me the opportunity to build relationships with people and businesses throughout our area, stay involved in what’s happening locally, and continue growing a network that can also be a resource for my clients.
I’ve been around real estate for much of my life, and as a longtime homeowner myself, I know there’s a lot more to finding the right home than bedrooms, bathrooms, and a price tag. Sometimes it means seeing a lot of houses, changing your mind, asking a million questions, and figuring things out as you go. That’s what I’m here for.
With a background in sales and customer service, I’ve learned that the best relationships aren’t built through pressure. They’re built through trust, communication, and showing up for people. That’s the kind of experience I want my clients to have with me.
