Let me tell you about Ashley! She is a rockstar! My family and I, unfortunately, had a fire at our house and the house was deemed a total loss. It will take at least a year for everything to be torn down to the studs and rebuilt. Our insurance put us up in a hotel immediately, but with 2 young children and a dog, the hotel felt like a closet. In comes Ashley to the rescue! I happened to graduate High School with her and reached out to her for help finding a rental home. Within 2 weeks we were moving into a gorgeous rental only a few minutes from our house!!! She even negotiated an early move-in for us since we were desperate to get out of the hotel after a month of living there! This market is absolutely INSANE (both rental and purchase), but she made it as easy as possible for us, which was much appreciated at a very stressful time in our lives! She’s quick, super responsive, helpful, insightful, and goes to battle for her clients! We will absolutely work with her again and recommend her to everyone! Give her a call! You won’t regret it!
