Ashley was a delight to work with. Our search for the “perfect” home took 1.5 years and throughout it all, Ashley remained patient and understanding. She took our constant emails and texts in stride. Always responding in a timely and helpful manner. She “got” us and never wasted our time with homes that didn’t tick most of the boxes. When it came time to submit bids, Ashley guided us every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone searching for a new home. Thank you, Ashley!

Ashley was a breath of fresh air. We had 2 other realtors proir to Ashley who were not working with us; it seemed we were doing all the work.

Working with Ashley was a breeze. She asked what we were looking for, sent us listings and discussed those with us. We looked at 4 houses together and obtained a better feel of what we wanted. She found us our retirement house, in just a couple weeks.

Ashley, walked us through the contract process, step by step and kept us updated every day or two. She was our advocate. She kept moving the process forward.

Working with Ashley was a true pleasure! From the very beginning, her calm, friendly, upbeat can-do attitude and demeanor set us at ease, as I was very stressed out about the process of buying and selling in general. We needed to make some updates before we put our house on the market – she took care of all of those arrangements for us, and all of the work looked great when complete. She had a staging consultant come out to take a look and advise on how we should set things up for professional photos, and Ashley also came over the day of the photos to ensure everything looked great; we could not have done this without her help! When our house was listed, we had many showings scheduled, and also a good turnout at the open house, resulting in multiple offers within 2 days of our house going on the market. She marketed our home on Instagram to drive interest, which was clearly successful.

For the purchase of a new home, she was very flexible with the times we were available for showings, and we had a lot of fun! Our new home required a bit of negotiation when we made an offer, which Ashley navigated with ease and made it possible to purchase our dream home.

She was always available to answer any of my questions, and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She is a positive radiant light and a GENUINE person, who wants to help her clients – would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an agent!!

Ashley did a superb job for us.

We were selling our home from out of state - she took care of EVERYTHING including having contractors at the ready for a few needed repairs, getting staging done promptly, and taking care of a few last-minute pop-up needs. Ashley proactively communicated with us every step of the way so that we were comfortable as the entire process unfolded. She made sure that our home was effectively marketed across social media. Our timeline stayed 100% on track and we sold our home in just 2 days with multiple offers! Closing went just as smoothly!
