When I first considered purchasing a home I didn’t know much about it. But while working with Ashley and the team at Veterans United they made the process very seamless yet thorough. Even when I didn’t think I had questions they made sure to supply me with every bit of information I needed.

I was very apologetic for my tight and busy schedule but Ashley worked around it, as if it were no problem at all. Staying up late to send me documents and answering any questions I had. I was out of state for the second half of the process, and even in my absence she made sure everything went smooth and swift.

The interactions we shared felt very comfortable, as if we weren’t strangers at all. And even though I didn’t know what I was quite looking for in a house at first, she allowed me to find exactly what I wanted. Ashley made sure to discuss with me every option and possibility, eventually leading me to my new home.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I know Ashley and the team deserve it. I am very thankful I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, and couldn’t have asked for a better team to share the home buying experience.

Ashley Oppenborn is on another level of awesome! My husband and I just came across her while randomly looking at a property from the exterior. She showed us the property since she was going to be showing to a client anyway. Afterwards she offered to send us houses to see and show them without knowing if we were going to even hire her or not. When we decided to hire her there was a list of reasons but I will just name a few… she is professional, honest, funny, responsive, loyal to her clients, funny and just overall a great person and now friend. Yes I did put funny in twice because she is hilarious. If you are buying or selling in the Clarksville TN area or surrounding areas I would definitely recommend to hire Ashley Oppenborn without a doubt she is not only 5 stars she is off the charts because there is not enough stars to rate her.

Ashley and Melanie went way beyond my expectations. I needed to move to Nashville in a fairly short period of time. They were relentless in sending me wonderful properties. With the Nashville market being as competitive as it is, we bid on at least five or six homes with no results. They happened by some new construction homes. They contacted me and did a walk-through a short time later. It was exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they work with the builder and agent, but they also came and did the final inspection finding many things that needed to be fixed. They came back again to make sure that all the items on the list were fixed. All of with me being in Maryland.

I had been referred to another agent and Ashely found me and reached out. Her level of communication and Melanie’s constant feedback on questions to get me into a property I would love put the other agent in the dirt.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We just absolutely loved working with Ashley and Melanie. I could leave it as simply as that but I'll tell y'all why. Buying and selling at the same time is its own type of crazy, then you factor in this market and holy moly. We went under contract for the sale of our home first with an over asking offer just days after coming on the market and found a total gem the next day that became ours! The first couple weeks were a breeze, we had inspections and appraisals on both houses and everything luckily went well. We had a couple issues regarding debris that needed to be cleared at our new property that Ashley and Melanie handled with absolute grace. I never had to worry that it would get done. They had our backs, simple as that. The business day before closing on both homes everything came to a bit of a halt. Our sale got delayed which delayed our new buy. This happened multiple times in the course of a couple of days which was totally out of all of our control. This of course started to become stressful after you've already made so many plans since it was so last minute but they helped in every way they could. They kept in timely communication with us, worked with our schedules and even offered to help us move after our plans fell through. The biggest thing you can hope from a realtor is to be your advocate and do what's best for you. This is the exactly what you will get with Ashley and Melanie. They are honest and educated. You'll never be left wondering or with unanswered questions. When it comes to buying, selling or both it's stressful but they took so much stress away from me because of how on top of everything they are. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience and keeping your eyes open for my vision.
