From the moment we met Ashley, her "Exceptional and Unexpected" attitude impressed us. During our real estate agent selection process, her professionalism and "can do" attitude was ultimately what lead us to choose her. She displayed boundless energy and enthusiasm throughout the sometimes stressful process of selling our home of 42 years. Her communication and follow up skills were amazing. This resulted in a friend/family/partnership that included not only the sale of our home, but also the purchase of our new home, which is located on the other side of the state. Ashley was with us all the way. We would highly recommend her for anyone who is needing a dedicated real estate agent. In fact, if this was not going to be our forever home, we would definitely be using her services again. I guess we will have to settle for the occasional text, or phone call, saying Hi, how are you and we miss you!

I purchased a home in Washington in October 2021 just from a listing I saw on the internet. I lived in Colorado at that time and wanted to move closer to my daughter who lives in Washington. My daughter knew Ashley from some previous real estate transactions and asked her to help me with the purchase. She and my daughter went to the house and determined that it met all my requirements and was the right fit for me. Her expertise and professionalism were outstanding. She walked me through the process and has remained in touch with me since then. I appreciate all her help and will definitely pass on her name to anyone I meet who wants to buy or sell a home. She is simply wonderful!

Ashley Pease was our wonderful realtor on a sale of our current home and move to our new home over 2 hours away. She was always honest, kind, attentive, answered all questions quickly and responded to several possible problems almost instantly. On top of that, she made several round trips to help us locate our new property! At some times we wondered how she was able to coordinate it all, but she did! We cannot reccommend her highly enough!
