Ashley Perkins

A resident of Boston’s South End neighborhood for over five years, Ashley Perkins possesses a deep understanding of the market trends in Boston and the city’s surrounding areas. Her longtime Boston residency and intimate knowledge of the Boston area give Ashley the enthusiasm and desire to make her home, her clients’ home. Ashley represents the fourth generation of realtors in her family. Having been introduced to the exciting business in her youth, she learned at an early age that integrity and client service matter above all else. This knowledge, blended with her Communications degree, has equipped Ashley with valuable skills she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating clients, and effectively marketing her listings. Today, she is a top-performer at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, ranking within the top 10% of all residential real estate brokers in Boston by sales volume. Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Endicott College, Ashley has been an active and dedicated member of her community. She is a proud member of the Junior League of Boston, Heading Home, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. In 2019, she ran the Boston Marathon to benefit the Esplanade Association, a local organization of which she is a member that works to restore and enhance the historic riverfront park along Boston's Charles River.
