Ashley did an amazing job assisting my husband and I in finding a home we love. As first time buys, we were completely new to the process but Ashley and her team explained everything in a easy to understand way. It was also a big plus that Ashley is a veteran because she was able to provide beneficial information regarding the VA loan and other tips! There was never a time Ashley wasn’t available for us, and she always encouraged us to look at as many houses as we wanted. Even now that we have our home, Ashley has still checked in on us and reminds us that we can reach out at any time with any questions. My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with her service. I first want to thank Ashley Saahir for what she did for me and my family. She is very talented, hard work, patient and knowledgeable of what need to be do to reduce stress in her clients. We had to sell and buy at the same time. Because of her expertise and her hard work, we did not feel stress during the journey.
She helped us with everything step of selling our house and even my friends were impressed how fast I sold my house.
When we were ready to buy our new house, Ashley also helped us. We visited a lot of houses and she was not even tired. We was always available and ready to go even very far. She did work with our schedule and was very happy to do so. Sometimes, she will even visit a house before us to give us an update before we can decide to go again or not. During visit, she also make sure to check the house very well and even around with us. When we finally find our dream house, Ashley made sure the inspection, and the HOA were fine before we proceed. She made the transaction easier for us.
I will highly recommend Ashley Saahir to anyone who is planning to buy, sell a house now or even in the future. If you are not sure and even need and advice, please contact her. I had worked with others realtors, but she is the best. Life is already stressful, you don’t need more stress when you wash to buy a house that you will enjoy

Ashley Saahir was truly exceptional and professional. I was incredibly impressed with her service. Ashley assisted me to sell my townhouse and buy a single-family house. she gave me lot of advice about the best thing to do before putting my house on the market.
She was with me in all the step from preparing the house to sell to the end (selling). Ashley was always available to assist me even to extra compared to most real estate agent. When I was ready to by my single-family house, Ashley was very Patient with me. Every time that I visited a house that I did not like, she always encourages me and tell me that she is confident that I will find something that I like and that I can visits as many as I wanted. And that is what I did. When I found the house that I loved, she helps me to negotiate the deal. At each step of negotiation, she made sure to put me interest first and made sure I was totally satisfied with the transaction.
I highly recommended Ashley Saahir to anyone who is planning to sell or buy a house because I was totally satisfied with her during the process of selling my townhouse and buying a single family.

If you need to move, look no further than Ashley! She makes every client a priority. We are a military family. Our need for a house became urgent as on base housing was at capacity. She helped us promptly find a wonderful place to live, even with us needing virtual showings. She is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and expeditious. Ashley did an extraordinary job helping me sell me home! Because of the military I unexpectedly needed to sell fast and she got it done quick and easy. I was really impressed with her communication, knowledge and her ability to do everything herself. A true one stop shop, I barely had to do anything. My husband and I PCS’d from overseas for his medical retirement from the military. We had only a few months to find a home and found Ashley on Facebook. All it took was ONE phone call and we were already doing nonstop house tours and showings. Her communication is INCREDIBLE! You know she is always going to reply fast to ease your worries. Ashley’s knowledge with the VA home loan is endless and she knows what to say and what to write. The process of being a buyer under Ashley’s guidance was a blessing in an otherwise extremely stressful step to becoming a homeowner. She ensured that all of your needs and questions were communicated to the sellers and their agents. Ashley referred us to Blaise Yanick at Guaranteed Rate Affinity who was a fantastic lender, but she went a step further and found us an even better rate with another lender. Ashley REFUSED to let up until we were in a home that we were comfortable with. Thanks to Ashley, we got the keys last August! I cannot recommend her enough.

Ashley Saahir, continue to be everything to our transition of purchasing our first home. We have hesitated about purchasing as our knowledge is very little of the whole process. Ashley filled the voids and educated us in the process. She guided and researched everything for us, ensuring we didn't fall into any unknown pitfalls. She reviewed and explained documents for us to understand. If we had questions, we would relay them to her, and she would quickly respond via email, text, or phone call. An example, we found our home to visit and tour and wanted to tour the following day. It was a last-minute request on the weekend; she still took the time to meet the next morning without hesitation. That day we had to be at the agent's office the entire morning; she was with us the whole time. She had other plans that day, but knowing that we are first-time buyers and like the home, she elected to support us and present for the meeting. Ashley set the standard on how a realtor should be, someone you can trust and be on the journey with you.

As a military family, you want the least amount of stress with how many times you have to PCS throughout a career. Ashley made that possible for us! She was a gem during the hunt for the perfect home and she worked day and night until we found one that we love! Ashley has been a blessing to our family and continues to help us even when we need help finding doctors/dentists in the area.
