My parents moved in with my grandparents and then took over the family home. After my Mom passed away my Dad moved into assisted living. After eighty years in our family it was not an easy task to make the decision to sell. I can't say enough about Ashley, I have been a new home owner for 24 hours now and it's starting to feel real. But, I wouldn't be here without her. Working two jobs and having 5 kids with busy schedules I had no clue how we would get it done. Ashley made our entire home buying experience so smooth! We were referred to her by our lender and from the very first meeting knew we were in great hands. Moving from the Snohomish area to Wenatchee was a big change for us. Ashley is so incredibly knowledgeable about the Wenatchee Valley, what to look for in homes and what would be best for our growing family. We viewed a home that we thought could be a good fit for us but she was honest about the driveway and the possible challenges during the winter months. She is honest, knowledgeable and authentic; we always felt like our best interest was her main goal.

We went under contract on a pre-sale new construction home, so our buying process was many months long. Ashley consistently checked in, gave us updates and immediately relayed info from the builder. Her communication is top notch!! Not only is Ashley incredibly kind, we also felt in such good hands. She is proficient in the real estate market and knows her stuff!! When Ashley represents you, she is 100% for you and does what it takes to make the transition the best it can be.

Ashley was referred to us by some close friends and we were so glad they did! She is highly professional, knowledgable, kind, respectful, honest and just an overall great person. We used Ashley to help us sell our first home which was a fixer upper.

At our first meeting, she came over to our home with a mini portfolio of what homes in the neighborhood was selling for, she had city information about the private park land behind us, and just really did her research on the area (Marysville). We briefly went over what we’ve done, got her opinion for what she thought we should still do, and so much more. Ashley helped us list our house while we were out of town for a week, got us multiple solid offers, and helped us accept an offer in TWO DAYS. She was an aggressive selling agent and really helped us get great offers despite our house failing a septic inspection! I really couldn’t imagine a more easy sell, she explained everything, was transparent, gave us gentle reminders when we needed it (we were stressed trying to buy out of state). The only thing we regretted was not being able to use Ashley to buy our house out of state!! We really can’t rave enough about her, she’s amazing.

Working with Ashley Skerlong to find our dream home was the best decision we have ever made. We gave her our “wish list” for what we were looking for. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we were not necessarily in a hurry to buy since our current home had some work to do beforehand. I had told Ashley we were looking for a few specific things for a new home due to our son having autism and what needs had to be addressed to make this a safe and wonderful home for him. Ashley constantly checked in with us when she found homes for us to view. When our dream home came on the market Ashley promptly called and sent us the listing. Not only did we head straight to the open house that day, but Ashley drove out to meet us to view the home. She had already done her research on the home and was able to walk us through everything. We asked her to put on offer in and she explained the whole process from top to bottom. Knowing there were multiple offers on the house she went above and beyond with ideas to help us tip the scale in our favor.
