Ashley had my back through the entire home search and buying process, and from personal experience, I found she is far more knowledgeable than other agents.

She not only knew the market, where to look, and what was fair; she helped me assess the potential of each home and estimate the feasibility of renovation projects within budget. I couldn’t have done it without her!

From walking us through the process each step of the way to letting us know what we needed to do and when, Ashley handled each step of the process with grace and positivity! Even during the most stressful moments of the home-buying process, Ashley made sure we were informed and positioned in the best ways possible to get to closing. We're now the proud owners of the most amazing property in Baltimore and have Ashley to thank for it! What's truly above and beyond is that Ashley offered to help us (free of charge!) navigate both short-term and long-term rentals of our property as we look into services like Airbnb or a long-term tenant for our extra space! If Ashley was this good for a first-time homebuyer in a competitive market, helping us win out over similar or equal other offers, I can only imagine she can handle anything a first-time or veteran home buyer needs!
