Asunta Rich

Asunta is the Transaction Coordinator as well as one of the sales agents for Heckler Realty Group. I literally grew up in the Tampa Bay real estate business. Her family has been investing in real estate in this area since she was a child and Asunta's involvement in the family business began in high school. Real estate is “in her blood” so it is no accident that she has chosen to make it her career. As the Transaction Coordinator for the Heckler Realty Group, Asunta has helped bring over 200 properties from contract to close since 2019 to date. Being in constant communication with the title company and lender on any given contract, she has exclusive insight into what happens “behind the scenes” of every transaction. Brining multiple contracts per week to the closing table, she not only has the experience of tackling obstacles that have presented themselves during transactions with her clients, but almost every contract that closes with the Heckler Realty Group. This means Asunta can anticipate and overcome the inevitable challenges that arise in every transaction.

As a resident of Tampa Bay for over 20 years, Asunta has intimate and unique knowledge of Pinellas and Hillsborough County, something that can only be gained from having your roots firmly planted in the area in which you live and work. One of her favorite things about being a real estate professional is helping people find a home they love, in an area where they want to be, and being their guide through the twists of turns of getting that home from contract to close.
