One of the best service i have received in home market. This guy was hands down one of the best and knowledgeable to what he do.

Ather Khan proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction, real estate, financing and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, ather would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Ather also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

Ather Khan helped my parents sell their house when nobody else could. They tried extensively for 18 months without any luck. Within 2 months of Ather taking over their property, they were not only able to find a buyer, but he negotiated a very fair price for them. He was always available and paid close attention to detail.
