I am a first-time homebuyer and Audrey was great! I chose her at random but will definitely recommend her from now forward. She was on board with the price point and ran quickly to secure showings for me daily. She stayed active in the hunt for a home to meet my criteria and was willing to drive long distances. Audrey made me feel comfortable with the total process involved in the purchase. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that all of my questions were answered. She would also make sure that I was competitive in the catch by offering different ideas to make my offer more desirable. If you want a realtor to take the wheel for you, I recommend Audrey.

Audrey James is a very professional realtor who gives her customers the best individual care and guidance, and puts the customer's interest first regardless of the circumstances. My family and I were trying to purchase a house in the NE Alabama area from out of state and 600 miles away. We were not able to be in the area to select closing agents and inspectors. Audrey was always able to research my requirements and send me lists of names, phone numbers, reviews and recommendations and then be there to represent us when we could not be there.
Moving is always a difficult process, but with Audrey's assistance we were able to glide over the bumps along the way. Audrey is truly an outstanding realtor!
