My wife and I are from Connecticut, and we decided it was time to make the move to Florida. I started the process with another agent, but could quickly see he was not able to accommodate us in the way we expected. We decided to opt for another agent, and are we glad we did! We contacted Audrey Smith to fulfill our real estate needs. She got us started by sending us countless homes within our price range. We filtered some out, and when we arrived in Florida, and met her at her office, I could see her enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy immediately, and knew we were in the right hands. We began the exciting process of finding a home, as she delivered us to quality homes, and with our needs assessment in place, everything we took a peek at, was all encompassing, in regards to our wants, needs, and desires. The best aspect of what she did, was allow us to go through each home, and not be led to her desired result, but to ours. To me that is a consummate professional! She dedicated 2 full days to us, and we looked at every home on our list, and found comfort in one, for which we call home today, and are completely happy. Audrey has a professional knack to put herself in the place of the home buyer, and her team of professionals saw us seamlessly through the process of getting started in our new home. I was taken aback by the way she was dressed,I believe that it be a man or women in the business world that they would be dressed in a pant suit or address or skirt for a women or a suit or dress slacks for a man, that was never the case with our agent. with that being said she did sell our house within a week,so the proper dress code is not what sells the house and I think with that being said Audrey and her TEAM did a great job and we will make a recommendation to anyone asking us who listed our house.

As my husband and I look back in retrospect about the process we went through to select the “right Realtor” to sell our home we can honestly say that we picked a winner. We interviewed all of the big top performing Realtors in our community and fortunately decided against them in favor of Audrey. None could come close to the commitment Audrey has made to her profession and clients. Her creative marketing plan was far superior to the others and included personally advertising our home well beyond the South Gulf Cove (SGC) local community. Not only did Audrey advertise heavily online, she provided prospective buyer agents with details about insurance, financing and home inspection information. This included an outstanding state of the art 3D virtual tour, an over the top broker’s open attracting agents from Sarasota County and the Ft. Myers area. Audrey personally phoned agents in these areas to be certain that they were knowledgeable about our home. In fact our great buyer’s agent was from Cape Coral and relied heavily on Audrey’s expertise and commitment to our community. Audrey was and consistently demonstrated that her approach to real estate is all about customer service. Learning as much about our home to be certain that it was marketed and presented accurately and providing us with as much feedback as possible. She is the consummate professional. From the moment we met Audrey, she had done her homework about the market in our community and stayed current with the changes in that market; had all the right credentials; was aggressive and was motivated to do everything possible to market our home and find the right buyer. Audrey delivered on every level. Audrey has great listening skills and spent the time to ensure that our needs and wants were always a priority and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We had no idea about the area when my family and I including my father decided to move to Colorado. We looked up and down the gulf coast with sub par realtors then found Englewood that we loved. Saw a listing and it happened to be Adurey's from that point forward we were set. She not only taught us about the area but found us 2 perfect homes. Since we have been here she's been awesome at helping us get settled in and even more acclimated with the area. In fact you can say she's like family to us. Audrey represents her client in every aspect of the transaction. She takes control of the entire process and looks out for her client. She was my eyes and ears throughout the final building of my villa, did my walk through as I was out of state. She made sure everything was delivered as promised by the builder. We met Audrey Smith 2 1/2 years ago when she assisted us with the purchase of our first Florida home. We have had real estate dealings over our lifetime, but Audrey's commitment to personal customer service was like no other. She was thorough, in inspecting prospective properties with us, to the point of steering us away from one property with hidden cracks in the pool and foundation. We have since actually purchased a second investment property with Audrey, and trust her completely to be as professional, knowledgable, and hard working as anyone in the industry. We are thrilled with both homes and the transactions were smooth and trouble free. We referred Audrey to our next door neighbor, and she marketed and sold their house very quickly. Both seller and new buyer were very happy and satisfied. We intend to sell our present house next year, and would never consider calling anyone but Audrey Smith.
