02/13/2017 - gkcardenas Bought a home in 2017 in New Hope, Braswell, GA 30132. If we were to ever buy a house again, I would only use Aundrea for our agent. She can walk into a house and within minutes find the major setbacks and the major potential it holds. In one house we were considering buying, she discovered that it was actually a mobile home with extra rooms built around it- we would've never known til after paying for an inspection. The property lines were unclear at another house so she personally went down to the courthouse, retrieved all the surveys, plats, and deeds, and then went over them with a surveyor so that we could make an informed decision. She is hands-down the best agent I have ever worked with. I felt like we were her only clients, though she had several others closing around the same time we were. She was honest! I could always trust her to tell us the facts and then step back and let us decide what was best for our family.

She was on top of her game and gave us a lot of information so that we could make an informed decision. She was very timely with any questions or concerns we had throughout the process, which was very impressive. She worked well with the lenders and made the process very easy. She gave updates as well on where we were and what to expect next. As we looked through houses, and there were several we looked at since we are picky, she wanted us to be confident in our purchase and never made us feel like there was any pressure to pick a house. From the beginning of our association, I felt that Aundrea cared deeply about doing her job with integrity. She was acting as our buying agent, and I felt that she truly wanted us to find the right home. I was impressed with her broad knowledge of what to look for so that we would have less chance of bad surprises after the purchase. I felt protected by her as my agent, and was glad to see she cared about her faith. Since she also represents sellers, she injects empathy for the seller and listing agent during the process. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that there were times when she might have anticipated certain situations in a way that helped us make better decisions and waste less time. She is very respectful, and wanted us to learn, which is good. I just think she could use her expertise to be a bit more assertive when appropriate in order to help her buyer learn what won't work for them so that they can concentrate more on what will. Not much negative to be said. She's wonderful. And we would most certainly trust her to represent anyone we know, whether to sell or buy real estate.
