About Aurmon

Aurmon Banitaba is the Founder and Broker of CCG Real Estate Advisors, specializing in multifamily investment sales, development opportunities, and strategic real estate advisory throughout Coastal California.

Raised in Silicon Valley within a family of successful real estate brokers and investors, Aurmon developed an early appreciation for the role real estate plays in building long-term wealth. From walking properties with his parents to observing negotiations and investment decisions firsthand, he gained a foundation that continues to influence his advisory approach today.

After earning a degree in Finance and Real Estate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Aurmon began his career at Fisher Investments, where he quickly became one of the firm’s top-performing advisors. While he enjoyed success in wealth management, he ultimately chose to pursue his passion for real estate full-time.

Aurmon transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage before joining a private real estate investment and development firm in Newport Beach, where he served as a Principal overseeing multifamily acquisitions, underwriting, capital structuring, and development projects. During his tenure, he helped grow the firm’s portfolio from inception to more than $130 million in assets under management and worked alongside principals whose collective experience included tens of thousands of multifamily units developed, acquired, and managed nationwide.

Today, Aurmon combines institutional investment and development experience with hands-on brokerage execution to help clients make informed real estate decisions. His background allows him to view opportunities through the lens of an investor, developer, lender, and broker, providing clients with strategic insight that extends beyond the transaction itself.

Known for his market knowledge, analytical approach, and commitment to client advocacy, Aurmon advises private investors, developers, and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, development opportunities, and long-term portfolio strategy. His goal is simple: help clients maximize value, preserve optionality, and make confident decisions that strengthen their financial future.

Outside of real estate, Aurmon enjoys reading, fitness, travel, and supporting charitable organizations focused on helping children and families in need.
