After completing college, Austin pursued a career in real estate as a home/building inspector in both Illinois and Indiana. Austin has performed thousands of inspections across the Midwest and Chicagoland area, assisting many of the largest buyers of commercial real estate in those areas.
While happy to be meeting the needs of his clients as an inspector, he felt there was an opportunity to help better protect their hard-earned capital at the beginning of their acquisition phase.
After many years of working alongside his fellow brokers at 33 Realty as an inspector, Austin decided to join the team as an investment broker holding licenses in both Illinois and Indiana.
Austin combines his skills and experience as an inspector, with his construction and real estate knowledge, to ensure his clients are always ahead of the curve.
