It was pleasure working with Austin, his knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. Things have changed since the last time we bought. But, Austin was there to assist and guide us thru the process and we never felt alone. Amazingly we got a better loan than we thought we could and more house for our money and it was all because of Austin. Austin has already over-delivered and it is only Day 3. Wow! So far he is living up to the meaning of his name - magnificent! This guy is on it! Day 1 - He answered the call only minutes after I dialed and made himself available to come by and see the house. When we met, Austin shared his expertise as well as listened closely to our needs. Day 2 - Austin set us up on MLS listings in the morning and showed us a few of our favorite houses the same the evening. Day 3 - Austin came by to take photos of the house, install the lockbox, and answered all of our remaining questions. Wow! Stay tuned for my next review - Day 4 and beyond. - Michelle G

What a great experience! Our new home just closed escrow and it couldn't have been easier thanks to Austin. I could not recommend him any higher. Let's go down the list: Local Knowledge - Austin lives and works in the area we were looking. He has a vast and personal knowledge about the local real estate markets, which helped immensely since we didn't know exactly where in the county we would be buying a house. Process Expertise - This was our first home buying experience and as such we needed a lot of guidance. We asked a ton of questions and Austin always gave clear and honest answers. I appreciate that he gave it to us straight, even if the truth was hard to take at times. Also, Austin's experience on the lending side as well as the real estate side was a great assistance to us. We was very patient and helpful and definitely earned my trust. Responsiveness- Pretty much immediate response every time I contacted him - night or day, business hours or weekend. Negotiation Skills- Going into the final talks, I told Austin what my 'ideal' scenario would be, while assuming in reality the number would be somewhere in the middle. Austin got almost exactly what I had hoped for. Thanks Austin! You have earned a lifelong client and friend! ~ Matt B
