Hi! I’m Austin Simmons, Realtor® in Jacksonville. I have been a real estate professional with The Legends of Real Estate since 2023, with my primary office located in Jacksonville Beach. Before beginning my real estate career, I served in the Florida Army National Guard both on Active Duty and as a Reservist. During my military service, I developed valuable skills in leadership, time management, organization, and professionalism. I now bring those skills into my real estate career to provide my clients with dependable and attentive service.
