Upon our introductory call (I'm in Texas), she assured me that my Atlanta area home would be sold!! She set the expectation and laid out the plan. Every thing she said would happen...happened! I recently had the pleasure of working with Ava on the selling of my mother's Gwinnett home. I thought this was going to be a stressful and painful process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy it was. Ava was very thorough when walking me through the process. She knew exactly what I needed to do to get my house on the market and sold above asking price. Ava is patient, professional and knows her stuff. I would definitely recommend her for your house buying/selling needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ava with A-Z Atlanta Realty for over 4 years now. From the first day we met at a home showing in Grayson GA, she really impressed me with her knowledge about the home not just the cost. Imagine that, a relator who's only concern is not her commission. She has always looked out for the best interest of my family as we have dibbled and dabbled in not only buying homes but land as well. Ava always brings her "A" game, understanding the ins and outs of selling and buying homes and property. So far, Ava has helped my family sell 1 home in Dacula GA, which we were able to get over the top dollar for in record selling, a whooping 2 days on the market. She also helped us buy and sell land in Loganville GA. She was extremely knowledgable with that process from beginning to end making sure we got surveys, septic testing, and soil samples. In the end she has helped my family gain enough money to pay off a hefty student loan debt. Ava also worked with us in purchasing a home and this is were she showed her stuff, negotiating for the best price. She tentatively listens to your wants and needs and helps you to stick to your budget purchase price while getting you the home you will love for a lifetime. Ava goes out of her way to make sure you understand the process you are going through and that you are comfortable with your purchase or sale from beginning to end. She is always punctual and returns calls, emails, and SOS's like she has your number on speed dial. Words alone can never beat your actually experience with watching Ava work her magic in this crazy market. I would STRONGLY recommended Ava with A-Z reality with any and all of your buying or selling needs. 5 stars really does not do her service justice. She has become more than just our relator, she has become a family friend. Thank you Ava!!!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Ava. I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had met with another agent before Ava, but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is very professional, honest, attentive, supportive and knowledgeable, and she really helped to take the pressure off of me with me being out of state.
I never felt forced to make an offer as we had spent the day looking at new constructions and when I finally found the "one" Ava knew that I would like that one but she never pressured me to make a decision she said “sleep on it and get back to me”. Since I choose my new home up until closing Ava has been nothing but supportive and walk me throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with Ava as she has helped made this process a whole lot smoother for me. I have friends looking for homes and will definitely recommend Ava to them. Thank you Ava
