Ava listened to us and then made her recommendation for the listing price. It was $25,000 more than another agent’s. We got 5 offers within a week, and 2 were above the list price, so we were thrilled. She helped us decide between them, as they were very close in price. We settled in less than 30 days, and were able to do that remotely.

Ava kept us informed throughout the process, made all the arrangements for showings, inspectors, and the appraiser. She is a true professional, and has expert knowledge of the local real estate market.

I highly recommend Ava to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
