Ayako Tronson

Ayako was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan and graduated from Soai University, Osaka. In 1998, she moved to Portland and continued her education to follow her dream of becoming an artist. She attended Art Institute of Seattle and graduated with an AA (Associate in Arts) in Graphic Design. She developed professional and ethical skills of how to promote her own style as an independent business, how to deal with difficulties under unexpected situations, how to be unique and interesting to all generations around the world beyond different cultures and language, and how to keep sharp for the demands and needs of all clients.

In her personal life, Ayako is a mother of two precious children. They are the most important things in the world to her. When she is not working, she devotes 100% of her time to them. In her free time, they enjoy hiking, the outdoors, taking trips to Japan and Hawaii, and of course watching her children's activities.

Ayako believes each successful transaction is a natural result of a strong partnership between her and her clients. She considers honesty, trust, and communication to be extremely important keys to successful relationships. Her job is to provide informed and educated decisions, and in return Ayako expects honest feedback and communication. She wants her clients to be comfortable in expressing their opinions, and this is how she keeps her clients’ best interests in mind. Selling or purchasing a home can be one of the most significant and emotional decisions you will have to make. Ayako’s job is to make clients' real estate transactions as seamless, stress-free, and successful as possible. She strives to make every transaction a positive experience and always closes transactions with big smiles!
