I highly recommend Ayana Taylor if you're looking for an agent. She just listed office space for rent for me and she went above and beyond in all ways. From creating flyers to posting on social media to finalizing the lease in the wee hours of the morning...there is nothing she wouldn't do to get this deal done. She is also extremely easy to work with, and even though I changed courses multiple times throughout this process she never made me feel like I was burdening her, even though I know I created more work for her by changing my mind. My satisfaction was her goal, and that's exactly what I got. Thanks again, Ayana!

We loved working with Ayana. She's professional, prompt (Ayana gets things done!), and really understood what we were looking for early on. We felt particularly secure working with Ayana as it was abundantly clear that she had our best interests at heart, never hesitating to offer feedback that was both thoughtful and realistic. Ayana always made us feel like a top priority.

She's also really wonderful with kids. Our kids were almost always along for the ride when we viewed houses and Ayana went out of her way to engage them and make them feel special. We hope to stay put in our new home for a long time but we'd absolutely call Ayana again if something changed and highly recommend her!

Ayana and I have been friends for a long time. Early on, she sat me down to level set that the business of buying/ selling homes may strain our friendship. She asked me to trust her, and so I did. She sold my home in record time, with a staggering number of showings. The bidding war played out just the way she said it would and we received a generous offer, well above our asking price. The purchase of our new home was mostly smooth sailing, however there was a hiccup in the closing process. During that waiting period, Ayana, was calm and helped us navigate until we arrived at the best possible outcome.
