After earning her bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and a doctorate in Civil Engineering, Ayca embarked on a career with Shell Oil International, working on projects in various countries. In addition to her engineering career, Ayca expanded her expertise into other fields, including the marble import business and residential real estate.
