Over 17 years with Shell International, she gained extensive experience in global energy projects, operations, and strategy—developing the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her approach today.
Following her corporate career, Ayca expanded into entrepreneurship, launching a marble import business and working in residential real estate before transitioning into industrial and commercial real estate. This diverse background provides her with a unique perspective at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and property development.
